Appointments
If you are a new patient to our practice:
1) Fill out the new patient intake form and email it to us at appointments@virginiapediatriceye.com.
2) We will call you to schedule after we receive your completed form. You’re also welcome to contact us by one of the methods below to get scheduled once you have sent the form.
If you are an established patient, you can schedule an appointment by either:
- Calling us at (757)461-0050, and selecting option 1 to speak with a scheduler.
- We answer the majority of our calls as they come in, but some days we receive a very high call volume and this becomes impossible. If you are not immediately connected to a scheduler, you are welcome to hold or leave a voicemail, and we will return your call, usually the same day unless the message comes through at the end of the day. It is much more effective on a busy day to leave us a voicemail than it is to call repeatedly and hang up without leaving a message.

Other email messages should be sent to info@virginiapediatriceye.com. We welcome email inquiries and feedback by email. However, email is not intended for emergencies or urgent requests. If you need an immediate response, please call our office. If you have an emergency, you should call 911 for assistance.
